For a bath soak, add a generous amount to warm bath water. Stir to dissolve, and soak for 20-30 minutes. Each bottle is enough for 2-3 baths. For foot soak, add 1-2 heaping spoons to a basin for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Store in cool, dry place to maintain freshness. Keep corked to prevent moisture from entering the container.
