Warning: the active ingredient in aspirin is methyl salicylate. This rub contains wintergreen essential oil, which contains naturally-occurring methyl salicylate. Topical use only with caution. Do not use on children under 12. Do not use if pregnant, breast-feeding, about to have major surgery, taking anti-coagulant medications, or you have a bleeding disorder such as hemophilia.
